Edited Highlights Video (2-5 minute video going over the highlights of presenters for the day. Includes 2 sets of corrections, additional corrections will be charged at $80p/h.)

DESCRIPTION IN DETAIL
This is our Medium visual communication package. Just like our General package we will plan the event shooting schedule with you from the beginning with close technical direction. The biggest difference is in the pre production stage.
We will work with you to create your branded identity for the event. We can use your current logo and modify it to work with your event concept or we can integrate it with the other event communication mediums. We will create three concepts for the event logo design. You can then pick one to go with. This event logo can be used for all your invitations, signage, holding screens and any other forms of visual communications that your event will feature. We can also recommend ways to use your logo to reinforce your event brand and keep continuity throughout your event.
Still during the pre production stage we will work with you to create presentation templates. These are generally made for either Powerpoint or Keynote but we are at home with any platform. Your template can be distributed to your presenters so they can all have the same general design framework. This will ensure the right information will reach the right screens at the right size with the same branding across everyone. This re enforces the collaborative nature of your event and gives continuity through each presentation.
On the day the Technical Direction will be key for the smooth running of your event. The veteran Videographer will concentrate on getting the perfect shot and liaise with the AV team and other stakeholders.
After the event this package is the same as the General package. You will receive the highlights video just like in the first package but you will also receive a long form edited version of the event. This is perfect for a full day conference with multiple speakers because we will include all the visual and audio multimedia elements used in the presentations. Both videos will leave a lasting memory for participants and something you can use to promote your next event.
